Returns Policy

(i) All items sold are strictly non-refundable.

(ii) We inspect all our items carefully before shipping, however in the event incorrect items or defective items are delivered customer may be eligible to an exchange or a store credit refund.

(iii) Exchange is only available for size or colour of the same style and design. We may not be able to offer exchanges for a size if that item is sold out because we do not guarantee that every product will be restocked. In that event, the Customer will receive store credit.

(iv) To be eligible for an exchange or store credit refund customer must notify Canopy customer service via email at hello@ourcanopy.green immediately upon receiving the items. Photo evidence is required for exchanges for defective items.

(v) All items must be sent back within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase to the following address:

(vi) Items returned must be:

     a) In its original condition with tags intact and in its original packaging;

     b) Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use i.e. unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

     c) All items must be sent with the original invoice slip (Customer may print out a copy from their account on the Website).

(vii) Items which do not meet above conditions will not be accepted for exchange or store credit refund.

(viii) Items returned after the fourteen (14) day period will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

(ix) Exchanges can only made one time per order number.

(x) Cost of shipping for exchange shall be at the Customers’ own cost.

(xi) Canopy reserves the right for final decision.
